What Does this uterine Ultrasound Scan Result Mean?

My wife's ultrasound reports says,"RIGHT OVARY SHOWS A ANECHOIE CYST OF SIZE 35 X 32 30 mm."
What does it mean. It is some type of stone or anything else?
Is it critical? Pls suggest. However we have taken appointment with doctor for Monday evening but I am afraid about it.

Hello

Your wife's findings suggest simple right ovarian cyst(35x32x30 mm).
Cysts are generally fluid containing structures.
Simple ovarian cysts usually only require follow up ultrasound. There are chances of spontaneous regression as it is small in size.
Simple cysts are generally asymptomatic but they may require treatment if there is infection, enlargement in size etc.
Your condition need proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Tumour markers can also be done in patient with ovarian cyst.
This is not a critical finding.

Get well soon.
Take Care
